Computer software copyright registration

The Center is China’s only institution designated by the National Copyright Administration of China for computer software copyright registration. Specifically, it is in charge of the registration, alteration and additional registration of software copyrights, the sealingoff and deposit of software source programs, the reissue or exchange of software registration documents or certificates, the abandonment or cancellation of software registration, the issue of public announcements on software registration and the provision of software registration file searching and other public services for software registerers and judicial organs.
